We hope that you are completely satisfied with the jewelry you purchase from GBK. However, if you are for any reason unsatisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return for an exchange or refund within 20 business days of your original purchase. Items that are discounted 50% off or more are final sale. Sale items or items purchased through any promotional sales including Black Friday / Cyber Monday are final sale.
Gypsy BK has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet return policy requirements.
How to return an item:
1. Email us: sales@gypsybk.com and GBK will issue a return authorization form and number. 

2. Before sealing the return package, *please make sure the return authorization number is written clearly on the outside of the package*. If possible, also include a printed copy of the email in the package. Following these steps will ensure that we are able to process your return and credit your account as quickly as possible. 


3. Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid and must be received by GYPSY BK within 7 days of receipt of return authorization. GBK does not pay for shipping cost for returned packages.

We recommend that all return packages be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or insured parcel post. Please consider purchasing insurance for the return package as GYPSY BK does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

GBK will process the refund within 5 business days upon receiving the package.
Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time. All defective or damaged products should be returned to us for examination and evaluation.
