Shipping

Where does GBK ship to?

We currently ship to all 50 states in the US. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

How much does it cost to ship my items?

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $100. For purchases under $100, standard delivery is $14, and expedited shipping (1-2 days) is $25.

How long till I get my GBK fill?

We offer two shipping speeds, because sometimes you just can’t wait.

  • Standard delivery (2-4 days transit): FREE for orders over $100.* $14 for orders under $100. *Excludes HI, Alaska, PR
  • Expedited shipping (1-2 days transit): $25 for all orders

How can I track my purchase?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email so you can follow your package’s journey all the way to your door. You may also view the status of your order when you log into your Account page.

How will my item arrive?

Your GBK pieces will arrive individually wrapped and sealed to ensure they safely get to you. We recommend a jewelry organizer for storage, and a pouch for travel.

Returns and Exchanges

Help! Can I return my product?

If you’re not totally vibing on your new hardware for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order and the product must be unused and returned in original packaging. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your return shipping are not refunded. Make sure to get a tracking number when you return so your package can arrive safely.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds take 10-15 business days to appear on your statement.

Oops, my order wasn’t right…

Apologies. If you received a product that is different from what you ordered, we are so sorry! Please contact us at contact@gypsybk.com as soon as possible and we will take care of you.

Where should I drop off my return or exchange package?

Just drop the package off at any USPS Post Office/collection box, UPS store or FedEx store. But don’t forget to get a tracking code.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You can also easily pay via PayPal.

Why was my credit card declined?

Most credit cards are declined because the billing address you entered does not match the address your bank has on file. Please be sure to double check this, and if that does not work, please send us an email at contact@gypsybk.com.

I hit 'check out' too soon. Now what?

While we do get packing right away, email us at contact@gypsybk.com immediately if you would like to cancel or change your order and we will do our best to do so in time! Please note that if you contact us after we have shipped your order, any cancellation or modification will need to follow our return process.

Can I use more than one promo code at checkout?

At this time, you can only use one code at check out. Please chose the code you would prefer to use more.

What are GBK’s pieces made of?

GBK’s pieces are hand-crafted using a variety of high quality materials including vermeil gold, sterling silver, and aged Patina gold plated brass and more. Exact materials associated with each style are listed on their product detail page. 

How should I care for my GBK pieces?

To keep your GBK pieces at their best, please give them occasional breaks and store neatly when not in use. Avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics; this includes lotion, sunscreen, and perfume. Pieces that are not solid gold should never be worn in the shower, the pool or the ocean. Also pack pieces carefully for travel - we recommend always storing them in your carry-on luggage. For more details on how to care for your jewelry, please visit this page.
